I am Yoda (okay okay, Yoda I am…).
I am a 2 year old shelter dog that was adopted in the spring of 2009. I was found at a shopping center and 3 weeks later adopted.
The house that adopted me introduced me to REAL dog food. No more of that kibble crud, just good old fashioned raw meat! Raw meat includes meat, bones, tendons, skin, cartilage, fat, fur, feathers, organs, etc… This was my first meal:
When I arrived I weighed 26 pounds and I had quite the sausage shape:
After eating only raw meat and bones for several months, my waist is emerging!. Please note that I have gained (yes, GAINED!) 2 pounds in the photo below:
I almost had to go back to the shelter because I kept falling down the stairs. I am so talented I can fall on the way up too! Here I was when I would refuse to go up or down (truthfully, if I would have been left alone, I would have happily lived on that step!):
I am quite the fashionista. What do you think of my Chihuahua backpack?!:
As you can see, I like the attention of my male suitors. This, coupled with my very saggy lady bits, leads people to believe that I’ve had about 3 litters of puppies – either that or some really bad plastic surgery. I’m not saying which, because, well – a lady never tells!
While I was at the shelter I was spayed; here’s a picture of me recovering. Don’t you think I do “pathetic” really well?!
My favorite things to do: sleep, nap, moving from bed to bed, going to the dog park so I can sleep and I love to eat because after I eat – I sleep really well!
I don’t care for walks. Here I am protesting having to go on one of those “walk” things:
I never learned to play with toys or other dogs. That’s okay, I’ll just cuddle and hang out with the people:
Of course that means the people will “play” with me:
